Airbus grants Spirit AeroSystems $94M in financial aid ahead of Boeing acquisition


Airbus has agreed to pay an additional $94 million to Wichita's Spirit AeroSystems to support its key programs with the struggling Wichita aerospace supplier. Spirit is set to be acquired by Boeing this year.
